Withdrawal error: channel id has already been used

Dear @techster, 

I looking top up the main balance i try withdraw my earned BTT but i get this error message: channel id has already been used. 

This is not the first time to get this error.

Check the forum... the exchange is down for maintanace.... and there is no date when it will be up for now

@DexExchange is not down.... only one person is steal the money when top up the BTT main balance.
