Adelgary Posted June 4, 2021 Report Share Posted June 4, 2021 Hello, I have upgraded my internet speed to 20MB/s both downloading and uploading so i tried to download a file with bandwidth monitor running along and i noticed that even though there are plenty of seeders the download rate is limited to about 9 MB/s ..it frequently jumps to 15< for few seconds but then it goes down to 9 and the same thing applies to uploading Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
