TheUnholy
A few days ago I formatted my PC and reinstalled everything - including my favorite torrent client. I successfully downloaded a few torrents and turned off my PC for the day. Today utorrent won't start and it can't be uninstalled either as a prompt state that I can't access the specified device, path or file. It also suggests that I may not have the proper authority. I had set up my Windows with a single account and today i added another account which I assigned as admin (After the issue) Utorrent still won't be found logged in on either login accounts. Software that force uninstalltion can't find utorrent either. Is anyone familiar with this issue and do you have a solution? Thanks!
TheUnholy
Solved! I only had to make an exception in Windows antivirus, now it works again!

SergeyQA
Thank you for the fast replay. One more question. In the Windows Home version Defender has "App and browser control" option disabled by default. Is it enabled or disabled in your case? Thanks. It looks like this when disabled: And like this, when enabled:
