niRRity
No, this is definatly a problem related to "Style XP" or "Object Dock". It's still there in 1.1.7.The client works great otherwise, thanks.
chaosblade
Does it still happen when they are both turned off (also, try using classicluna to make sure it isnt a visual style issue).

Tarkus
I had it happen yesterday when starting a new torrent (no default save), right after I set the destination. A check of the Task Manager showed it was not uTorrent itself maxing out my CPU, but something called GetPopupInfo.exe or something like that. koro
The problem still exist in v1.5 - I execute utorrent in WinServer 2003 continously. The problem takes place with frequency "about one time per week" - no utorrent's window, no small tray icon and no ability to recreate them or correct stop still working utorrent's process. Because I have to kill process and see second bug - utorrent don't remember current settings. So please save settings not at manual end but IMMIDIATELY after any change ! koro
2 Ultima: DEP does not matter here - my PC hardware is old - it don't support DEP yet.May be there is possibility to implememt command-line or web-intrface to reactivate GUI?Generally second started utorrent.exe must find and reactivate first copy if exist. Ultima
That's software DEP, not hardware DEP. Microsoft added it in Windows XP SP2 and Windows 2003 SP1, and apparently, on Windows 2003, it's enabled by default for all applications (as noted in the thread). 3dogs
After login to the GUI, I get a white screen. I tried troubleshooting by:-suggestions in readme http://YourIP:UTport/gui/?action=setsetting&s=webui.cookie&v={}-3 different browsers-tried some random ports-I'm using 310b2, 1.7.2 and XP pro.-I don't have XPStyles or Objectdock installed according to "Add/Remove Programs" in control panel. I don't remember if I ever had them installed sometime in the distant path.
Firon
White screen means you didn't read the readme very well and either failed to install the webui files properly or didn't do so at all.
3dogs
Thanks. Do I need to uninstall anything before I try to install again?
