Adding a tracker to old torrent

Hi,

I have been seeding a torrent since a few days. Today I wanted to add a private tracker URL to my torrent, and post the torrent with the new tracker on the new private tracker site. How can this be accomplished such that the old peers can still see my torrent?

The new tracker wont work, untill i have posted the torrent on the new site.

This is what I tried:

I added the the new tracker to my existing seed in uTorrent, and then gave the old torrent on this new private tracker site. It worked in the sence that my private tracker url is able to detect that my torrent in on their site, but what will happen when new people download the torrent from the private site? Will they get the new tracker?

Can't do that, unfortunately, though exporting torrents along with any changes made to it has already been requested.
