error when trying to download any file

i was getting an error stating the program was unable to find specified file originally so i downloaded a new torrent program and it was $h%t so i went back to utorrent now i get a new error when trying to download any file and i get this error

C:\documents and settings blah blah blah

Invalid menu handle.

any help would be much appreciated.

Perhaps you have to tell windows, that utorrent now should handle the *.torrent files again.

Open utorrent, "Settings" "General" under "Windows Integration" check "Associate with .torrent files".

now im getting "cannot find the file specied" =(

Did you uninstall the other program AND make sure to remove its association with .torrent files before reassociating torrents with uT?

im no computer expert although i know more than ya average user how do i make sure i remove its association with torrent files?
