0Tinman0 Posted August 7, 2006 Report Share Posted August 7, 2006 I have cable internet which has a download speed of aproximetly 2000kbps, but my utorrent download is maxing out at around 21kbps, even with the max speed test torrents. I have gone through the speed guide thread but havnt had any improvement. Some throttle bittorrent (and unknown) traffic to 20 KB/sec.What Speed Guide (CTRL+G) settings are you using?Is your upload speed stable on large torrents with lots of peers?
