None of my torrents upload, no matter how new or popular. EXCEPT they’ll upload when the file is downloading. I believe this means my ports are closed (I’m invisible except when downloading). I check my ports and they are closed. This all happened after a windows 11 auto install/software update. I’ve tried numerous fixes and nothing works (like making new port rules).  
Help!

Maybe revert Windows 11 and see what happens. Ports closed isn't something utorrent can fix you need to go to a Windows 11 forum to ask why those ports are closed and how to open them.
