Larsonite
I tried to delete the resume.dat and rename resume.dat.old to resume.dat, while making sure utorrent wasn't running, but it didn't bring back my torrents. I'm not sure how to add my torrents without utorrent redownloading the files. Can anyone help? Thank you
mike20021969
If the .torrent files exist, then make sure those files are in the folder set in the µTorrent's preferences (Options>Preferences>Directories). If the download files/data from these torrents is still on the hard drive, make sure they are in the folder set in µTorrent's preferences (Options>Preferences>Directories). Once this is done, add each torrent (File>Add Torrent). µTorrent should then check what has been download already. If everything is correct after checking, uTorrent will seed. Larsonite
Mike, Thanks for the advice. I was able to add all my torrents and they did seed correctly. Unfortunately, I woke up today and all my torrents disappeared again. Not sure why this keeps happening.
mike20021969
Please check they haven't moved to the No Label category: If not showing already, open the Sidebar (press F7 key, or Options>Show Sidebar). Labels>No Label.

Will this work even if the downloaded data has been directed to several different folders when the torrents have been added to uTorrent? I believe my resume-files have been updated with only data from today already
DreadWingKnight
You need to set each download folder you use separately and then only add torrents from that list, or consolidate your download folders.
