Djard Posted May 23, 2022 Report Share Posted May 23, 2022 I added uTorrent to the exception list in Windows firewall that is managed by my antiviral software (Avast). Yet uTorrent still hangs when I run the "Setup Guide" speed test ("Not Responding," and the test is queued). I have to end the task in Windows' Task Manager. Yet I am able to download RSS feeds. I'm using version 3.1.3 of uTorrent but experience the same issue in the latest version. Is there a setting I am overlooking? Has anyone successfully used the "Setup Guide"?
