LadyThriller
I know it's possible and you can do it but how do I keep up the speed to both like when I have 2 files downloading in utorrent it gets real slow but when I close one of them the other one goes high, so is it possible to downlaod 2 files and keep them both going in good speed? silverfire
Unless you have a lot of upload speed, you really shouldn't be downloading more than one torrent at once.
Ultima
It's not possible to keep them each at your maximum internet connection download speed, if that's what you're asking.
LadyThriller
Ok, but how about when I'm seeding one and downloading the other?
Ultima
Even then, as I told you several times before, torrents don't guarantee speeds. As such, some torrents might max your connection out, others might not. In general, they don't. Assuming your maximum upload rate is set properly (according to the Speed Guide), then the seeding torrent should not get in the way of the downloading torrent. afeldm1
ah please...1 torrent at once...cmon....I've got 12 going right now and the only reason I don't have more running because I only have a 60 gig hard drive- (each torrent is about 5 gigs or so)Forget dsl or even regular cable....say hello to optimum online boost....30 megabits a second......only thing that beats that is a T3 line....and just barely.... Ultima
Nah there are people with lines faster than T3, so T3 isn't the only thing that's faster. And what's this have to do with anything?
