uTorrent suddenly not working. Getting red arrows!

I'm running uTorrent 1.8.7 on my Mac running OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra). Nothing's changed at all but suddenly it won't work. I'm just getting green download arrows changing to red ones and nothing downloads

Screenshot of the actual error. Otherwise no one knows what is happening. Also FYI there not going to be support or help for older utorrent and they will allow only current version to be support for questions here. I have utorrent 2.2.1 and it works fine for my needs. Changing arrow means you got ISP issue of Throttle anything they detect as torrent activity.
