LadyThriller Posted August 13, 2006 Report Share Posted August 13, 2006 Well there's 62 (401) peers but 0 (0) seeders and I'm 96.1% finished and my down speed is obviously 0.I'm just wondering if that torrent will ever finish since it has no seeds, so will I have to wait for a seed or is it possible for it to finish without any seeders since there's alot of peers.So? Determination Posted August 13, 2006 Report Share Posted August 13, 2006 well, if your download speed is 0 KB/s, and there's 62 other people that don't have any pieces you need, there's a very good chance that your torrent will never finish. If you take a look at the torrent's Availability, you should notice that this value is probably: .961. Anything < 1 means that you can't "see" the complete file -- even combining all the pieces you see from all the peers you see. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I say seed, I'm taking super-seeders into account. You might be lucky, and the super-seeder is hiding within the other peers.
