My firewall or utorrent?

I am not sure if the problem i have is because of my firewall acting up or because of utorrent, however, I had no problems before I downloaded version 1.6. My firewall keeps telling me that someone is trying to invade my computer.

Is this my firewall acting up or someone actually trying to harm my computer, how can I tell?
