Time Elapsed counter is inaccurate

this is very minor, but I've noticed the time reported in the Time Elapsed label under the Transfer title in the general tab is about off by 44 minutes for every twelve hours.

to me anyway it doesn't seem like a one off thing either. I'm always seeding stuff from around 7.30 am to 7.30 pm and thats how i noticed.

also because it's like such a trivial thing, forgive me if the time reported under the Time Elapsed isnt supposed to be accurate, but more of a general advisory.

though i was mainly worried it would throw off the scheduler somehow, if that was possible (which probably isnt).

Truth be told, I don't pay attention to it, so I'm not sure myself whether it's actually inaccurate. It doesn't throw the scheduler off unless your computer's time was actually being changed.

Try timing it with a stopwatch to make sure.

i dont really have a stopwatch that goes to 12 hours. mainly because the ones i have are all analogue.

though based on around 6 times i've found this to occur, im definitely sure the time elapsed value is off.
