geofire17814 Posted August 14, 2006 Report Share Posted August 14, 2006 Hello new user here just would like to know what sort of speeds i should be getting on me downloads. ive got an 8meg broadband connection using a bt voyager adsl router zonealarm pro. At the moment the highest speeds on download is about 30kbs on average im getting 15kbs this cannot be right. Im uploading at about 40kbs. ive been through most of the guides ive set up a static ip address followed a zonealarm guide. im staring to get pissed of now ive never had a green light mostly red and caution. would be greatfull of anyones help as im about to start tearing my hair out.many thanks paul. It's easy to configure this. www.portforward.com has nice easy instructions to set up port forwarding on your router. (This will give you a green light, meaning you can accept incomming connections) Also, the dload speed depends on how many seeds / peers you have.
