utorrent not working well with nordvpn

When I connect my vpn with Nordvpn and start a download, it will start , but will slow down and then stop, if i select a different connection site, it starts back up and then slows and stops again.

It takes multiple connections to get something downloaded.   Im using 3.6  build 46812 .

Has anyone else seen this ?
