A few days ago I noticed that I could not download any torrents at all. Discovered my uTorrent/BitTorrent program was gone. Downloaded the latest version and Norton declared the installer as "safe". But when I went to install the program I received a failed message and a notice that Norton had blocked PUA.SUperfluss. I tried downloading other torrent loaders (VUSE) and the same message occurred. Any ideas how to get around this issue as I am now unable to download torrents from anywhere. I also tried with my VPN off and active.
