I read the faq that if your using NVIDIA firewall it will cause this. But the only firewalls I had were McAfee and my router. I uninstalled my McAfee Firewall disabled windows built in one and also disabled my router firewall. I cant seem to find the NVIDIA firewall either. Where can i find it?

EDIT: I tried uninstalling the NVIDIA display adapters in the control panel but then my monitor got screwed up and i still got memory usage problems. Also I'm running Hyper WRT firmware on my router (Linksys WRT54Gv3)

Thats an even longer list :( but i think it's Nvidia Driver helper service right?

EDIT: The memory usage still goes up :(

NVIDIA Driver Helper service does nothing, actually, besides slow your computer's shutdown speed. It's not NVIDIA's firewall. There doesn't seem to be any specific process that I could identify as something that might increase µTorrent's memory usage, though I must say, McAfee runs an astonishing amount of processes (a whopping 9). Not sure here...

You could try a clean boot. Run msconfig, then click Selective Startup and untick everything except Load System Services and Use Original BOOT.INI. Next, on the Services tab, click Hide All Microsoft Services, then click Disable All. Now click OK and restart. If you can run µTorrent without any problem after you clean boot you can find the cause of your trouble by re-enabling all Services and restarting, then re-ticking Load Startup Items and restarting, then finally re-selecting Normal Startup. Unless you have a hardware problem or malware as suggested by Switeck I suspect something in your Startup Items list is causing your trouble, which you can isolate by disabling all then re-enabling sequentially on the Startup tab of msconfig.
