oldman
i dragged a folder full of [specifics removed] to another folder and now i recieve an error saying "the file you are attempting to [specifics removed] has an extension that does not match the file format..." when trying to [specifics removed]. i (think i) understand the problem and thought i could simply bring the files back to the original folder and all would be okay but that was not the case. any help is appreciated as i do not want to redl the file. if any more information is needed please let me know. i did a search but turned up nothing. jsillup
Location of a file should not have anything to do with the format of the file. I think what you are saying is you cannot open (run) a file you have downloaded. If so and the file passed hash check, which you could confirm by doing a Force Re-Check, your problem has nothing to do with µTorrent, the file you downloaded has something wrong with it.
