For a torrent still active, the name in the listview AND the name of the folder is changed. For a torrent that had finished, only the name in the listview is changed. Given the dual outcomes, it's hard to discern the true intent of this feature, to know which is the right one to expect. Cosmetic change, or functional folder move.
