I have been using utorrent for years, but am not very tech-savvy.  My computer had some issues, and I had to download a new version of utorrent. I currently have utorrent 3.6, build 47142.  The issue is, i had the download location just set as "Downloads",  Previously, the program had always created a subfolder for each download (outside of single file downloads).  It's not doing that now.   It's just dropping everything, all mixed up, into the downloads folder.   If I try to set an individual folder in the Advanced tab, it just moves all of the downloading files into that folder, not just the intended ones but all of them.   Also, the files have now gotten screwed up and utorrent can't find them.   When I try to run the force recheck, either nothing happens or it runs for 30 seconds (57% checked, etc.) then just finishes with no files being found.  This is very frustrating.   Is there something very obvious I am missing?  Thank you
