knotty Posted October 22, 2005 Report Share Posted October 22, 2005 Nice to see you guys constantly updating and improving the now best client around ,but now 1.1.7 is here you have slightly removed one of the user options ,In 1.1.6 you could set exactly how much you wished to seed back past 100 % ,whether it be 105 %, 110% ,now its updated you have set an option below 100% then after 100% it jumps to 125 % ,nothing much to worry about if its a small torrent ,but quite a bit if its a large 4gb> , one tracker (private) insists on 1:1 seeding which i've always done but don't want ppl overseeding ,so everybody gets a fair chance to keep their ratio correct .If you set it to dead 100% and their tracker doesn't agree with your figures you've failed to get you 1:1 when the torrent gets stopped ,also if the auto stop cuts in without updating your final stats you could also fail the 1:1 seed target .Maybe keep whats in 1.1.7 but also add a user defineable option rather than the fixed sizes set at present ,especially the options for figures below 100 % .Thanks for still the best client anyway.
