puterboy Posted August 31, 2006 Report Share Posted August 31, 2006 Not really related to utorrent, but i am using the latest version of it. i'm having a problem with my tcpip.sys after patching with lvlord's patch. my dpc is in the ms range, which lags the whole computer down. it's not utorrent, as my proc man says that my dpc is using 80% of my cpu. used rattv3, which found the worse lags to be in tcpip only when using utorrent. have limit set to 50. the patcher worked before, wat's changed? not using any firewalls or proxies. suggestions? puterboy Posted September 1, 2006 Author Report Share Posted September 1, 2006 it's at 80, and i set my utorrent to 50, which didn't solve the problem, then to 20, which didn't solve it either. i've had the two matching before with no problems, but so far i can't seem to figure out what's wrong. also, i don't think it's a setting seeing as the problem lies in my tcpip.sys. could it be a service i'm running/not running?
