vookster
Hi, is there a way to have the torrent download automatically download to the exact location / directory that the torrent file is located. I like to keep every torrent and torrent download in its own folder for ease. I seen the "downloads" options in the "preferences", but they're not what im looking for i think. They are kinda a generalized auto-mover option...i'm looking for a smart one. If there's no option for this, it would be a great feature Thanks for looking / helping. vookster
Or is there a way to do it with using options from both "downloads" and "options" in the preferences section ??? I'm confused now..
Ultima
Um... multi-file torrents do download into their own folders. Single file torrents... well they're only a single file, do you really need to place them in a folder...?
Saribro
He wants the torrentfile and the download in the same folder, not an unreasonable way to work.I don't think µTorrent can currently do this on it's own, but I'd say it's worth a feature request. vookster
LOL, thats it Saribro....nail on the head. I just kept finding myself letting things go for a week with out checking them out and seeing if they were keepers...audio, video, but mostly progys. The next thing i knew i had a whole folder of crap that i didnt know what was what....so i started put each torrentfile and download in its own sub-folder in a main "torrent downloads" folder....
