Trouble uploading/delete a torrent

Greetings all.

In my attempts to upload and share shows I haven't seen on the list, I can see that I uploaded correctly, but for some reason, I can't get it to seed at all. I have a show on the list that has been there for a week or so and I don't think anyone can get to it if they want it. It's the Jason Mraz Living Room Concert.

I download just fine, and can get the torrent uploaded, but I seem to be messing up a final step...?

Also, if I can't get it right, or want to adjust the uploaded torrent, how can I have it removed so it doesn't just sit there unavailable to anyone?

Comcast is known to interfere with seeding.

Have you tried enabling the following options:

Lazy Bitfield

Encryption

Initial Seeding

Still new to this, but didn't know about Comcast issues. How do I enable the options, and is it just a matter of finding one that works?

Lazy bitfield is an advanced option (and should be enabled by default)

Encryption is in the bittorrent section

Initial seeding is in the properties of the individual torrents
