No incoming connections - yellow triangle

I have been using utorrent for several weeks, and only had a couple of problems but suddenly now the yellow triangle appears at the bottom of utorrent and doesn't go away, I am not connecting to any seeds and only a couple of peers, and only downloading very slowly. I am using windows xp and zone alarm security suite, which i have checked is not in stealth mode. I am not very good with computers, so please keep it simple

What does the port checker in the Speed Guide say?

I'm having a similar problem. My port checker says everything is OK. I thought that it might have had to do with a Windows Update that came yesterday. I had always had the green circle prior to running the update. Anybody else having similar problems?

For the first guy, all i can say is get rid of zone alarm thats all the advice i can give

I think my problem had to do with PeerGuardian and not with the windows update. I solved my problem by allowing HTTP.
