The red arrow/one more question

Hi,

First of all, I have read the FAQ, but I don't really understand something.

So, I have many torrents which have a white arrow on a red square on the left, and sometimes they turn into blue and sometimes into green. (I have these red arrows both with downloading and uploading torrents) Why does uTorrent do it? and sometimes when it is red (so it means that can't reach the tracker), BUT it is downloading.... How can it download if it can't reach the tracker???

And one more question: Why doesn't my torrent download from all peers/seeders which are active?? For example: I can see a peer at 89% and I upload to him but I can't download from him....Why?
