About Zyxel X-550 port forward setting / best setting for utorrent

I am using Zyxel X-550 router,

how can I set port forward on it?

Because when I start the speed guide

It asks me for my "current port"

How can I find the "current port" / how can I set it?

P.S. I cannot find any Zyxel X-550 tutorials on http://www.portforward.com...............

Start > Run > cmd /k ipconfig /all
