Doesn't work for me

Im running the latest uTorrent, and webui.zip is placed under %Appdata&/UTorrent

I've enabled the WebUI and chose an alternative port.

I followed the readme.txt;

* http://Username:Password@YourIP:UTport/gui/index.html

Did not work under firefox, it stopped at 'loading'

* http://YourIP:UTport/gui/index.html

Did not work under firefox, it stopped again at 'loading'

I then tried to fetch this address and try loading the main page again,

* http://YourIP:UTport/gui/?action=setsetting&s=webui.cookie&v={}

at which point uTorrent crashed and offered to send the crash data to the developers.

Any ideas?

Are you sure you are running the latest build? Dont run the stable release, run the beta that came with the webui download. If you are running latest release, then we need to know what the utorrent logger is saying when the webui has frozen on loading. And as Alpha-Toxic said, it would help if you came onto IRC.

Ok, im in IRC.

Just so everyone knows;

I was running the beta that came along with the webui, but that throws the CPU usage into 100%, so i reverted to the stable, which doesnt seem to work with the webui.
