Slow dl speed even with lot's of seeders

Hey I got a problem which I need a solution...I'm downloading with utorrent and for that torrent, I am connected to 60 seeders and 14 peers...The problem here is that that torrent is downloading at a very very slow speed like 4-5kb/s...

I don't know what's wrong..Any ideas?

Just in case you're wondering...For my utorrent i got the green light and did port forwarding and my global max upload speed is set to 26kb/s
