Switeck
It could be you or the people you're downloading from have D-Link routers set up in DMZ mode...which generates MASSIVE amounts of errors due to bugs in D-Link routers. You could be trying to download a poisoned/fake torrent...in which case you're receiving garbage. Switeck
Almost anything in the 38.x.x.x ip block is hostile. 38.100.x.x ESPECIALLY so.That's a bad torrent -- fake, poisoned, or both!

Switeck
Read the FAQ!It's the ipfilter.dat file you need to add the blocked ip ranges to.such as:38.0.0.0-39.0.0.0208.10.20.0-208.10.20.

Firon
You need to stop and start the torrent after reloading the ipfilter.
