Not Connectable :(

I'm getting the red circled exclamation that says a firewall/router are making me unconnectable. I have forwarded my port using portforward.com. In the past, it worked great, but one day just stopped working. When I changed ports the same thing happened, it worked then eventually stopped. Now I can't get it to forward correctly at al.

I am running no firewall other than the Windows SP2, and it is set to allow Utorrent. I am the computer to which the LAN modem is connected, if that makes a difference somewhere. Thanks in advance for any help

"Try lowering your maximum number of connections to maybe 100, and net.max_halfopen connections in Advanced Preferences. And make sure you're not uploading too quickly (run the Speed Guide properly)."

Thank you for suggestions. Max was 150, changed to 100.

net.max_halfopen is set to 8. is that ok?

I don't know how to "run the Speed Guide properly" :(
