tinny_tim
When ever a force reset or a simple computer restart. uTorrent is not able to save the list of working torrents and left me with broken files and find my torrent files again. (come on, even Bitcomet can do better than this)
Nefarious
never had any problem with the torrent list when a crash/reset/restart occurs, are u sure there isnt somethen else interfering with utorrent? have u noticed it closing in the task manager after u closed it before a restart for example? Ultima
I'm not sure how you can ask for stability if factors outside of µTorrent are unstable. Anytime anything crashes outside of an application's control, you can't expect anything out of the affected application. Heck, it could've been writing settings to disk when it crashed in the middle, in which case you can't blame µTorrent for corrupting settings (hypothetically). Determination
all the more reason to make sure to shut µTorrent properly.
dAbReAkA
this has happened to me several times on a FAT32 partition and just once on NTFS.. firefox loses settings more often than that, but some programs have no such problems at all.. it seems that using the old files (resume.dat.old, ..) is not that effective or something.. Lord Alderaan
Never had the list disappear. I had to rehash all torrents after a crash a couple of times but thats it.
Firon
I've never lost my list. It's as stable as it'll get, it uses atomic movefile to do it.
