The reason I ask is that when the upload speed is limited to 5kB/s, the maximum download speed appears to be 30kB/s no matter. You set the limit to say (25kB/s) and it works (you can see the green bar move) but set it to 50kB/s and it clamps to 30kB/s.Increase the upload limit to 10kB/s and you can set a higher download speed.Just wondered what the connection was.Thanks, Rob.
