Quantifier Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 It isn't exactly problem with my µTorrent, but rather on the other side.This is second or third time when I'm downloading torrent with only one seeder on µTorrent - at about 100 bytes/sec. Here is part of the log, grepped by the specific ip:[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Piece: 516:81920->16384[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 516:98304->16384[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 516:98304->16384[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:54:23] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 516:98304->16384[16:56:24] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Send Keepalive[16:56:28] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Sending 4 bytes of aggregated data[16:57:03] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Piece: 516:98304->16384[16:57:03] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:57:03] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:57:03] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 516:114688->16384[16:57:03] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:57:03] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:57:03] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 516:114688->16384[16:59:04] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Send Keepalive[16:59:08] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Sending 4 bytes of aggregated data[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Piece: 516:114688->16384[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 717:0->16384[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 717:0->16384[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 717:0->16384[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 717:0->16384[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Choke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Got Unchoke[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Requesting 717:0->16384[16:59:47] torrent name: Piece 516 complete[16:59:47] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Send Have 516[17:00:17] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Sending 9 bytes of aggregated data[17:01:48] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Send Keepalive[17:01:52] ip : [µTorrent/1600 ]: Sending 4 bytes of aggregated dataThis is torrent from a private tracker, and I can see that the other guy has his other torrents running well. But in this one, after he finally sends a block after 2-3 minutes, he sends up to FIVE consecutive choke+unchoke messages. Althought my client tries to request immediately after getting unchoke, they come actually in single TCP segment. Why? Can someone explain to me what is going on here?
