My ISP redirect my ip to this proxy server.anyway, when i test the line, i have real 105 kb/s of donwload.the question is if i have to use PROXY SERVER FOR HTTP REQUESTS option, and TyPE option. HellRezor Posted November 10, 2005 Report Share Posted November 10, 2005 if your isp is using a tranperant proxy (you connections go through it no matter what you do) than you don't need to set utorrent to use it, it is possible that your isp is also using traffic shaping to limit the speed of bittorrent downloads.
