Jakobus Posted September 28, 2006 Report Share Posted September 28, 2006 Every now and then I get this message my speed goes to 0,1 kb/s for every peer i'm connected with. But I have got enough free space (+- 55 GB) and I have already converted my disc to NTFS. Sometimes this message dissapears, so I can enjoy full download speeds for 1 minute or something. Switeck Posted September 28, 2006 Report Share Posted September 28, 2006 Disk overloads and odd file locking conditions might be the cause of it.The overloads would almost certainly be caused by too many random reads/writes rather than MB/sec rates.File locking conditions might be something like viruses/trojans/windows media player trying to infect the torrent files the moment µTorrent tries to create them as empty files....Just my guesses.
