is uTorrent using other ports???

I setup utorrent to use the port 15616. everything works great no problems...I then tried to monitor my network and I saw that the computer that has utorrent is making connection to the following ports

TCP 6346 (gnutella-svc - gnutella-svc)

TCP 123456 (italk - Italk Chat System)

TCP 8866

TCP 4899 (Radming)

and occusionaly to port 21

any ideas....does utorrent use other ports then the one specified? is that the way it works or what

You set the port for the INCOMING connections, not outgoing. Outgoing connections are defined by whoever you're connecting to.
