so i forwarded my port, tested it with www.canyouseeme.org and it shows success. but then i figure out that after intervals of a few hours, my port is blocked when i test it with canyouseeme.org until i re-open utorrent. i think i remember the explaination saying that it timed out

More than likely, your connection is overloaded at the time of the later tests...so either it fails to send out the check request or fails to receive it in a timely manner.

Your µTorrent settings are probably too aggressive for your computer/connection...especially problematic is high half-open connection rate on flakey routers (D-Link, Belkin).
