Switeck Posted October 5, 2006 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 If everyone else on the torrent ALSO only has the same 45%...except maybe 1 very slow seed...that's to be expected.Best you can do is slow that torrent to 1 KB/sec upload speed and 1 upload slot max.
