I finally solved it through a guide linked by Ultima. Thanks to Ultima, I followed the steps to ensure nothing was wrong. After a few steps in, I finally solved my problem. I really suggest going to utorrent connection setup guide. It's Web 2.0'ish, neat, and easy on the eyes.
