poenn Posted October 5, 2006 Author Report Posted October 5, 2006 i forgot to add that i am using AVG free antivirus, and that i've ensured that the UPnP service was turned on under administrative tools...
Switeck Posted October 5, 2006 Report Posted October 5, 2006 Your college/university probably throttles bittorrent traffic to almost nothing.Forced encryption, no legacy connections, and a few other settings I forget are the only things you can try.
