vlastnemesis Posted October 9, 2006 Report Share Posted October 9, 2006 i used the speed test settings (althou in the priv. version i had my own setings couse the speed guide didnt do any good).my upload is stable...at almost any rate between 6 and17 kb.For download I made expiraments with protocol encrypsion...nothing,with upload slots 3 to 4....nothing with aditional slots enebled-disabled nothing. average dounload rate 20.3kb...global conections 90,99,100,110,80,50.etc....nothing. port ok, no firewal,win xp sp1,tested changing download rates from 65 to 40kb gradually.....nothing i couldnt find a sweet spot .i want to download with at least 42kb(stable +3-3) is that possible? i have done speed tests on the broadband servers and they give me about 45,3kb.download and i get 60 to 70kb when i make direct downloads from sites....sorry about the bad english......thanxs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Switeck Posted October 10, 2006 Report Share Posted October 10, 2006 You said yourself that at 20 KB/sec it varied +3/-3.At 40 KB/sec, you should expect swings of at least double that (or worse) even assuming your connection can sustain 40 KB/sec. ...it may not be able to.What's your average upload speed per upload slots?
