Can't connect to seeds

Ok im new at all this and dont know any of the technical terms, but basically...

i cant connect to any seeds,

the torrent avalability is always RED,

and on the logger tab there's a message saying 'Unable to map UPnP Port'.

I am connected to peers but not seeds so i dont know what's going on,

since it's been working fine for weeks and now suddenly it isnt working :/

I tried to restore default settings by reinstalling utorrent but that didn't help...

If anyone can explain what's up and how to fix it it'd be much apreciated
