McAfee issue

I have McAfee Security Center 2007 installed. This problem did not happen before installing.

Whenever uTorrent is open I lose all network connectivity except for uTorrent. Once I close uTorrent I may access the internet again. I have tried disabling every part of McAfee and I can still not run uTorrent and surf the internet at the same time.

Any ideas?
