Ultima
What protocol thing? What about the rest of what I wrote, and the entire link?
SunTzu21
Well I turned on the protocol encryption and actually it did make a difference. Well I did go from a 10 kb/sec to 30 or 40 kb/sec however I believe it can go faster. I think the problem is my windows firewall... In the log it states Error opening Windows Firewall everytime. I checked the entire link and I tried all of them. It did make it better but I think my computer can do better.
