origin Posted October 15, 2006 Report Share Posted October 15, 2006 i am downloading a file from a peer and i want to know how he has "throbbing-python-of-love.com" as his IP. i noticed that when i was first connected to him for a second it showed the actual numbers, so i guess this is 2 questions if anyone can answer this, how is he doing that and how would i go about doing that myself i want to show up as "i-love-utorrent.com" under the Peers tab on other peoples clients? also, i just tried doing a ipwhois on him and his flag shows an American flag but the IP points to Amsterdam, Noord-Holland Netherlands???thanks.
