chinadog
This has possibly been discussed before.....when I start up my utorrent (and I've deleted and re-installed to check for corrupt files), my screen resolution flips to (low) 8-bit. I can only change it after leaving utorrent throught control panel-display-appearance, going back to (highest) 32-bit.Using XP SP2 -- any suggestions? Thanks,Bill
Ultima
Give us a list of processes that are running after that happens (after you fix the resolution up and such). Use Process Explorer to save the list.
Firon
µTorrent doesn't change the resolution, something else on your PC is doing it.
Ultima
Indeed. I'd seen behavior similar to this on a friend's computer when Java was running and antialiasing was enabled in his graphics card drivers (nVidia Detonator). Very odd issue.
