crashedboeing Posted October 16, 2006 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 Hi!I need to reload my notebook with XP, been running Vista RC1 and it is getting very unstable. I have 4 torrents that's half way and don't want to lose what I have already downloaded, they are rather big. Is there any way I can backup the half-downloaded files and the .torrent file and once my notebook is reloaded start them again? Ultima Posted October 16, 2006 Report Share Posted October 16, 2006 If you have a separate partition and/or drive, move everything relevant to µTorrent there, then you can kill the Vista install and reinstall XP. Make sure that when you add the torrents back into µTorrent, you move everything back to the same path location on the drive, otherwise you're going to have µTorrent complaining about missing files, or you're going to have to recheck everything.
